2018 Family Gala

Experience A Night Your Family Will Never Forget!

On Saturday, October 6 from 5 PM to 9 PM families will gather at the Taft Theatre for a special Family Gala inspired by SUPERMAN, the first production of The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati’s 18-19 season.

This special gala for children and adults begins promptly at 5 PM in the historic Taft Theatre when guests share the experience of a private performance of our exciting, one-hour production about the Man of Steel.

After the performance, everyone moves next door to the Scottish Rite Ballroom to enjoy a feast for children and adults. Then your family can freestyle on the dance floor with members of our cast -- all to the soundtrack provided by Q102. Games, crafts, face-painters, balloon sculptors, a special prize raffle, live auction item and more await!

The event is honoring Scott T. Stubbins, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati and Managing Director, STIFEL Public Finance.

Through sponsorships and guest ticket sales, the committee for The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati’s Family Gala will raise funds to further our mission of educating, entertaining and engaging audiences of all ages through professional theatrical productions and arts education programming.

The following individuals are donating their considerable talents to facilitate this event:

Jessica Levine, Gala Chair

Nicole Portal-Velarde, Gala Chair

The Committee includes:  Tara Adams, Libby Galvin Brock, Jennifer Byer, Laura Froehle, Jessica Guarnaschelli, Monica Ivers, Betsy Leonidas, Jamie Mack, Melanie Perez, Shannon Sibcy, Emily Stubbins, and Jennifer Suttles.

Tickets for the Gala are $150 per adult and $75 per child, which includes a ticket to the show, dinner, games and so much more! Party clothes and superhero costumes are encouraged and valet parking will be provided.
