The Prince Had a Ball!
Families celebrated the magic of The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, OH — On Saturday, October 22, 2005, more than 500 guests gathered in their finest at the Taft Theatre for a Costume Ball Extraordinaire! This special gala for children and adults benefited The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati. It began with a production of Disney's Cinderella *kids, followed by a tremendous party!
Through sponsorships and guest ticket sales, the committee for The Prince's Ball raised more than $75,000 in endowment funds for The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati. The evening also honored a woman instrumental in the existence of The Children's Theatre: Mrs. John T. Lawrence, Jr.
The evening featured great food for children and adults by Elegant Fare, exciting activities including interactive dancing, games and crafts, a magician, balloon sculptors along with a special prize raffle featuring a Walt Disney World vacation package with airfare.
The following individuals donated their considerable talents to facilitate this event: Mary Farmer, Co-Chairman; Vicki Herche, Co-Chairman; and Maureen Sweeney, Co-Chairman.
